* How many employees work there?
* Does your company hold all necessary licenses to do business in this state?
* Are your installer’s sub-contractors or employed by your company as full time employees?
* Are your installers insured and bonded?
* Will I be able to see proof of insurance before work is started on the install.
* How long have you been with the company?
* Where will my control panel be located?
* How many zones will my system have?
* Will there be any device’s protecting the access to the control panel?

* Who do you use to monitor your alarms?
* Where is the monitoring station located?
* What technology will be used for my alarm to communicate to the monitoring station?
* If phone lines are used will they be set up for line seizure?
* Will I know if my phone line has been cut? (If a line fault monitor is promised make sure it is listed on your equipment list)
* How long will it take for the installation department to call me to set an install date?
